[etrax] Improve i2c driver slave delay, thanks to Fabrizio Sciarra that provide it
* support for master/slave delay (provided patch) * remove some printk that spam logs * introduce new symbols ETRAX_I2C_DYN_ALLOC and ETRAX_I2C_SLAVE_DELAY * cleanup a bit the driver * dump release number git-svn-id: svn://svn.openwrt.org/openwrt/trunk@17954 3c298f89-4303-0410-b956-a3cf2f4a3e73
