orion: remove the broken broken flag

It is working on the Linksys WRT350N v2 at least:

Additionally, the flag was added to a wrong place
so it had no effect.

this patch adds support for D-Link DNS323 storage device.

Currently you need serial cable to flash OpenWrt on DNS-323.
