don't replace powerpc arch with ppc

'powerpc' is a valid arch for the LINUX_KARCH variable, but the build
system unconditionally replaces LIUNUX_KARCH=powerpc with
LINUX_KARCH=ppc.

This change only does the replacement if LINUX_KARCH isn't set. This
allows us to use the powerpc architecture.

major target cleanup. it is now possible to have subtargets that can override many target settings, including arch - merge adm5120, adm5120eb. target profiles still need to be adapted for subtargets

strip the kernel version suffix from target directories, except for brcm-2.4 (the -2.4 will be included in the board name here). CONFIG_LINUX__ becomes CONFIG_TARGET_, same for profiles.
